On our school nutrition web page, www. gcsnp.org, we have a new and updated Nutri Cafe!
You and your student can go and use the meal calculator. You both will know all the nutrients found in your child's lunch.
This is a great tool to help all of us make good choices in our daily diet.
The other option is our Virtual Cafe where students can click and drag their daily choices on to a tray.
It is a lot of fun, especially for our younger students.
