- The Holly Berry has waxy green leaves and red berries that are used
- to make beautiful Christmas wreaths.
- Long ago, hollies were used in houses and churches for Christmas.
- It was called a holly tree. There are at least 300 species of hollies. They grow in many temperate
- or tropical places of the world. 2 best known hollies are the American Holly and the English Holly.
