Dear Britt Parents,

As the 2011-2012 school year approaches, we are pleased to announce that W. C. Britt Elementary School orientation for the upcoming year is available through MyPayments Plus! We have automated the orientation process and placed it online in hopes of bringing back the true focus of Open House – less paperwork for our parents and more interaction with your student’s teachers.

Online orientation via MyPayments Plus will be available beginning 7/29/2011. In order to improve the open house experience, all parents are strongly encouraged to complete the following steps prior to open house on 8/4/2011:

• If you already have a MealpayPlus account- simply log-in at www.MyPaymentsPlus.com by entering your Username and Password.
• If you do not have a MyPayments Plus account- visit www.MyPaymentsPlus.com and select “Register a Free Account”. Use your child’s student ID number to complete registration.
• Upon sign in, you may view/print the necessary paperwork to complete your 2011-2012 school orientation. Once you acknowledge that you have read these documents, you may continue to the next screen. You will then be allowed to pay fees and make contributions for various items such as supply contributions, clinic donations, school meals, etc. Simply select the fees/contributions for which you would like to pay and continue through the payment process.

Please visit www.MyPaymentsPlus.com prior to August 4 to make sure your student is prepared for open house and for the first day of school.
